A recent study says that teenagers who diligently practice yoga have better psychological health than teenagers who do not practice yoga, as reported by emaxhealth on Monday, April 30, 2012.

The researchers from Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School, examined the effects of yoga on mental health in Massachusetts high school students.
